fa عوامل فردی و خانوادگی مؤثر بر عدم تمایل به فرزندآوری در زنان: یک مطالعه کیفی Individual and familial factors influencing women’s reluctance to childbearing: A qualitative study مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research زمینه و هدف: ایران در حال حاضر جزو کشورهایی است که سطح باروری پایین‌تر از سطح جانشینی است و مسأله تصمیم به عدم فرزندآوری ریشه در عوامل بسیاری دارد که پژوهش حاضر به بررسی عوامل خانوادگی و فردی از دیدگاه زنان پرداخته است. روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل محتوای قراردادی است. نمونه پژوهش در نیمه دوم سال 1401 از جامعه زنان متأهل 30 تا 45 سال ساکن مناطق مرکز، شمال، جنوب، غرب و شرق شهر تهران که به طور ارادی تصمیم به عدم فرزندآوری گرفته‌اند، انتخاب شد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند براساس معیارهای ورود و خروج پژوهش و به صورت گلوله برفی بوده و با تعداد 19 زن اشباع حاصل شد. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با رویکرد گرانهام و لاندمن و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA 2022 انجام یافت. یافته‌ها: طی فرایند تحلیل داده‌ها دو درون‌مایه عوامل خانوادگی و عوامل فردی مؤثر بر عدم تمایل به فرزندآوری به دست آمد. برای هر درون‌مایه 4 طبقه و برای هر طبقه دو زیرطبقه استخراج شد. به این ترتیب که عوامل خانوادگی با چهار طبقه مشکلات ناشی از خانواده منشأ، توافق در عدم فرزندآوری، زندگی زناشویی متزلزل و عدم رضایت از زندگی و عوامل فردی با چهار طبقه آرمان‌گرایی، خودمحوری و فردگرایی، تأثیر منفی فرزندآوری بر سلامت مادر و تعارض بین نقش حرفه‌ای و نقش مادری به عنوان عوامل تعیین‌کننده تصمیم‌گیری برای عدم فرزندآوری شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه کیفی پیچیدگی فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری در مورد عدم تمایل به فرزندآوری را در این گروه سنی روشن کرده و لزوم پرداختن به عوامل فردی و خانوادگی در کنار سایر عوامل را در سیاست‌گذاری‌های افزایش جمعیت برجسته می‌سازد.   Background & Aim: Iran currently experiences a fertility rate below the replacement level, with decisions regarding childbearing influenced by various factors. This study focuses on individual and familial perspectives that contribute to women's reluctance to have children. Methods & Materials: This qualitative research employed a conventional content analysis approach conducted during the period of 2022-2023. The sample comprised married women, aged 30 to 45, residing in different regions of Tehran (north, south, west, east, and central) who have voluntarily chosen not to have children. Participants were selected through purposive sampling, guided by specific inclusion and exclusion criteria, utilizing a snowball sampling technique. Data saturation was achieved with a sample of 19 women. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Graneheim and Lundman’s framework with the aid of MAXQDA 2022. Results: Data analysis revealed two primary themes: familial factors and individual factors. Each theme comprised four categories, with two subcategories identified for each category. The familial factors include: (1) issues related to the family of origin, (2) mutual agreement on childlessness between partners, (3) instability in marital life, and (4) lack of marital satisfaction. The individual factors encompass: (1) idealism, (2) egocentrism and individualism, (3) negative health effects of childbearing on mothers, and (4) the conflict between maternal and professional roles, which are recognized as significant determinants in the decision not to have children.
