fa مصاحبه های کیفی در اختلالات شناختی ناشی از زوال عقل: هموار کردن چالش های اخلاقی، روش‌شناختی (قسمت دوم) Qualitative interviews in cognitive disorders caused by dementia: Addressing methodological, ethical challenges (Part II) سردبیری Editorial پژوهشي Research همان‌طور که در قسمت اول توضیح داده شد گرچه در تحقیقات کیفی به دست آوردن تجربیات دست اول از ضروریات کشف و غنیسازی یافتههای مطالعه است، اما گاهی به دلیل چالشهای مختلف، افراد مبتلا به اختلالات شناختی کنار گذاشته میشوند و سعی میشود احساسات و دیدگاه آن‌ها از طریق مراقبان و یا افراد نزدیک آن‌ها کشف شود که نه تنها این افراد را در حد شیء پایین میآورد، بلکه از نظر اخلاقی نیز پژوهشهای کیفی را با ناهمواریهایی مواجه میکند و غنی بودن یافتهها را به چالش میکشد (1). از آن جا که روش جمعآوری دادهها اساساً بر نتایج مطالعات تأثیر می‌گذارد (2)، محققان در تحقیقات کیفی باید سعی کنند این اطلاعات را تا حد امکان از خود این افراد کسب کنند؛ زیرا درک تجربیات افراد مبتلا به اختلال شناختی برای ارایه خدمات مبتنی بر شواهد مهم است. به هر حال از آن جا که این بیماران با مواردی چون گفتار مبهم (3)، خاطرهسازی کاذب (6-4)، مشکلات خلقی و رفتاری (7) و سایر مسایل روبه‌رو هستند، باید نکاتی برای مصاحبه با این افراد مدنظر محققان قرار گیرد؛ زیرا مصاحبه‌‌‌های عمیق با هدف درک تجربه زندگی شرکت‌کنندگان انجام می‌گیرد (8و9). این مصاحبهها مهارتهای خاصی را در مراحل مختلف از جمله «تهیه راهنمای مصاحبه، جذب افراد؛ کسب رضایت/موافقت؛ انجام مصاحبه‌های مؤثر؛ تحلیل و تفسیر داده‌ها؛ ابلاغ و انتشار مؤثر یافته‌های پژوهش» میطلبد که در این قسمت به نکات مورد توجه برای این مراحل میپردازیم. ضمن آن که حفظ سلامت محقق و شرکت‌کننده؛ همچنین بازاندیشی و توجه به عمیق و غنی بودن مصاحبه ضرورت دارد (6).   As explained in the first part, the acquisition of firsthand experiences is an essential element of qualitative research for uncovering and enriching study findings. However, individuals with cognitive disorders are often excluded due to various challenges. In these cases, researchers may rely on caregivers or close associates to understand their feelings and views. This approach not only reduces these individuals to mere objects but also presents ethical dilemmas, thereby impacting the depth and richness of study findings (1). Given that the methods of data collection significantly impacts the results of studies (2), it is imperative for qualitative researchers to strive towards directly gathering information from the individuals themselves. Understanding the experiences of people with cognitive impairments is crucial for providing evidence-based services. However, these patients often encounter challenges such as speech difficulties (3), ‘pseudo-reminiscences’ (4-6), mood fluctuations and behavioral problems (7), and other issues. Therefore, researchers should take into consideration certain factors when conducting interviews with these individuals as in-depth interviews aim to gain a deeper understanding of participants' life experiences (8,9). These interviews require specialized skills across various stages, encompassing the development of interview guides, participant recruitment, obtaining consent, conducting effective interviews, data analysis and interpretation, and proficient communication and dissemination of research findings. This section delves into the key aspects of each of these phases.
