fa انتشار تکراری: چالشی رو به رشد گزارش موردی Case Report كاربردي Applicable طی چندین سال همکاری با مجلات علمی کشور به عنوان داور، عضو هی أت تحریریه و سردبیر با رفتارهای متعدد<br> غیراخلاقی در نشر روبه رو شده ام اما آن چه در روزهای اخیر بکرات رخ می دهد ارسال هم زمان یک مقاله به دو یا چند مجله<br> است. نظر به رشد روزافزون اقداماتی از این دست که با اخلاق نشر مغایرت دارد لازم دیدم در این مقاله سردبیری به بررسی<br> ابعاد و تبعات آن بپردازیم.<br> اگر یک نشری ه &raquo; در ماده 1 فصل ششم راهنمای کشوری اخلاق در انتشار آثار پژوهشی علوم پزشکی به صراحت آمده است<br> چاپی یا الکترونیک دس تنوشته ای را پیش از این منتشر کرده باشد یا در حال بررسی برای انتشار آن باشد، ارسال همان دست نوشته<br> این مورد به قدری حایز اهمیت است که در راهنمای نویسندگان تمامی مجلات به &laquo;. به نشریه دیگر یا انتشار مجدد آن نادرست است<br> آن تأکید م یشود. با این حال شاید آن چه دلیل بی پروایی نویسندگان و به خصوص نویسندگان مبتدی در ارسال هم زمان مقالات<br> خود به چندین مجله می شود الزامات مؤسسه ای برای چاپ مقاله جهت اخذ مجوز دفاع از پایان نامه، ترفیع سالانه و یا ارتقای مرتبه<br> دانشگاهی باشد.<br> انتشار مجدد مقاله هزینه های زیادی را به مجلات علمی تحمیل می کند، بی آن که ارزش افزوده ای داشته باشد. این که یک<br> مقاله در دو یا چند مجله و خصوصاً به یک زبان چاپ شود ب یتردید هدر دادن زمان، هزینه و تلاش های مجموعه علمی و<br> اجرایی مجلات است. آثار منفی این اقدام زمانی بیشتر نمایان م یشود که به نقش مجلات علمی حوزه سلامت در ارتقای کیفیت<br> مراقبت های بهداشتی از طریق انتشار تازه ها و شواهد علمی معتبر توجه کنیم و این نکته که علی اصول ظرفیت بررسی و چاپ<br> مقالات در این مجلات محدود بوده و انتشار مجدد یک مقاله فرصت پذیرش و چاپ را از مقاله دیگری سلب می کند. During several years of cooperation with scientific journals in Iran as referee, member of<br> editorial boards and editor in chief, I have faced with multiple non-ethical behaviors in<br> publication. These days, I am witnessed to submitting articles to two or more journal<br> simultaneously. Due to the growing pattern of this illegal action, this editorial will assess its<br> dimensions and consequences.<br> The Article 1, Chapter VI of the National guidelines on Ethics of Publishing Medical<br> Research has clearly stated: &quot;If a manuscript is published or is being considered for publication<br> in print or electronically, re-publishing in or submitting to other journals is not allowed. This<br> statement is so important that the editors of the scientific journals have mentioned it in the<br> author guidelines of the journals. However, what make authors, especially beginners, to submit<br> their articles to more than one journal are perhaps requirements of the Institutes for defending a<br> thesis, annual and/or academic ranks promotions.<br> Republishing articles in scientific journals, especially in the same language, result in<br> spending cost and taking time of the scientific and executive teams of the Journals and has no<br> added value.
