fa بررسی شیوع تولد نوزادان کم وزن در زایشگاههای شهر همدان در سال 1374 مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه گذشته نگر و مورد شاهدی است که، به منظور تعیین شیوع تولد نوزادان کم وزن، در همدان انجام شد. بدین منظور، کل زایمانهای انجام شده در زایشگاههای شهر همدان، در 9 ماه اول سال 74 بررسی گردید. گروه مورد شامل نوزادان کم وزن بودند و به ازاء هر نوزاد کم وزن، دو نوزاد با وزن طبیعی به عنوان گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. کل پرونده های بررسی شده 9145 مورد بود. طبق نتایج حاصله شیوع نوزادان کم وزن (وزن کمتر از 2500 گرم) 8/10% است. بین وزن نوزاد و نوع حاملگی(یک قلو یا چند قلو) سن مادر، تعداد حاملگی های مادر و بیماری های مادر ارتباط معنی داری آماری، وجود دارد(0001/0>P) بین جنس نوزاد با وزن هنگام تولد ارتباطی مشاهده نشد. The study of Prevalence of Low Birth Weight newborns in Hamadan's Maternity hospitals during the first 9 months in 1374.The purpose of this study was to ascertain the prevalence of low birth weight infants in Hamadan. For this reason the whole births during the first 9 months in year 1374 in Hamadan's maternity hospitals was studied and each of LEW infant was Considered as a "Case". Inspite of each LBW, two babies with normal weight was selected as Control group. The total number of records which were studied were 9145. Results showed that the prevalence of LBW is 10.8% . The statistical tests indicates that there is association between the newborn's weight and the type of pregnancy (Singleton or multiple), mother's age, gravidity and maternal disease.(P<0.0001).
