fa بررسی مقایسه‌ای رفتارهای بهداشتی دختران نوجوان تحت سرپرستی مراکز شبانه‌روزی بهزیستی با دختران تحت سرپرستی خانواده مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research <strong><em>زمینه و هدف</em></strong><em>: رفتارهای بهداشتی نوجوانان </em><em>بر سلامت آنان و سلامت و توسعه جامعه</em><em> </em><em>مؤثر است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت و مقایسه رفتارهای بهداشتی دختران نوجوان تحت سرپرستی مراکز شبانه‌روزی سازمان بهزیستی با دختران تحت سرپرستی خانواده در شهر تهران انجام گرفته است.</em></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong><em>روش بررسی:</em></strong><em> در این مطالعه</em><em> توصیفی و مقطعی</em><em> </em><em>نمونه مورد تحقیق 110 دختر نوجوان، شامل کل دختران تحت سرپرستی بهزیستی (55 نفر) و 55 نفر دختران تحت سرپرستی خانواده بودند که با افراد گروه اول در یک مدرسه تحصیل می‌کردند و به شکل تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (مجذور کای، آنالیز واریانس، من‌ویتنی و ویل‌کاکسون) و توسط نرم‌افزار </em><em>SPSS</em><em> تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</em></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong><em>یافته‌ها:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>بین</em><strong><em> </em></strong><em>میانگین نمره رفتارهای بهداشتی تغذیه (0003/0</em><em>p<</em><em>)</em><em>، خواب و استراحت (001/0</em><em>p<</em><em>)</em><em>، ورزش (0013/0</em><em>p<</em><em>)</em><em> </em><em>و بهداشت فردی (001/0</em><em>p<</em><em>)</em><em> </em><em>به تفکیک و میانگین نمره کل رفتارهای بهداشتی دختران تحت سرپرستی خانواده (3/112) </em><em>با</em><em> دختران تحت سرپرستی بهزیستی (8/87</em><em>) اختلاف معناداری </em><em>(001/0</em><em>p<</em><em>) دیده شد و آزمون‌های آماری بین میانگین نمره کل رفتارهای بهداشتی و متغیرهای مورد مطالعه به جز سن (01/0=</em><em>p</em><em>) واحدهای مورد پژوهش در گروه تحت سرپرستی خانواده ارتباط معناداری را نشان نداد.</em></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong><em>نتیجه‌گیری:</em></strong><em> نمره رفتارهای بهداشتی دختران تحت سرپرستی</em><em> </em><em>شبانه‌روزی</em><em> </em><em>از دختران تحت سرپرستی </em><em>خانواده پایین‌تر</em><em> بود که این امر نیازمند بررسی و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی و بهداشتی جهت ارتقای رفتارهای بهداشتی و </em><em>سلامت آنان می‌باشد.</em><em></em></p> </span> <p><strong>Background & Aim:</strong> Healthy behaviors of teenagers are effective on the community development. This study was carried out in order to compare healthy behaviors of female teenagers living with their families and in orphanage centers in Tehran.</p> <p><strong>Methods & Materials:</strong> This was a cross-sectional study. The subjects were consisted of 110 female teenagers that 55 of them dwelled in the orphanage centers and the remaining lived with their families. Both groups were studying at the same schools. Samples were selected using stratified random sampling method. Questionnaire was used to gather data. The data were analyzed by descriptive and analytical statistical methods in SPSS software.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> There were statistically significant differences between two groups in nutrition (<em>P</em><0.0003), sleep & rest (<em>P</em><0.001), physical exercise (<em>P</em><0.0013), and individual health (<em>P</em><0.001). Total score of health behaviors were 112.3, and 87.8 in family group and orphanage group respectively (<em>P</em><0.001). <strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The average score of health behaviors in girls that reside in orphanage centers was lower than the score of them who lived with their families.
