fa عوامل مؤثر بر قطع استفاده از IUD مراقبت‌هاي پرستاري Nursing Care پژوهشي Research <strong><em>زمینه و هدف</em></strong><em>:</em><em> با انتخاب روش‌های درست پیشگیری از بارداری می‌توان شیوع بارداری ناخواسته و </em><em>سقط‌های غیر طبیعی را کاهش داد. </em><em>IUD</em><em> یکی از مطمئن‌ترین و مؤثرترین روش‌های پیشگیری از بارداری است و انجام مطالعات دوره‌ای جهت کشف عوامل مؤثر بر قطع مصرف آن، در برنامه‌ریزی تنظیم خانواده و کنترل جمعیت حایز اهمیت است. از این رو تحقیق حاضر با هدف تعیین عوامل مؤثر بر قطع استفاده از </em><em>IUD</em><em> در زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی جنوب تهران، انجام گرفته است.</em></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong><em>روش بررسی:</em></strong><em> </em><em>این مطالعه توصیفی در مورد 400 نفر نمونه انجام گرفته است. این تعداد از میان زنان تحت پوشش مراکز بهداشتی درمانی جنوب تهران که دارای سابقه قطع استفاده از </em><em>IUD</em><em> بوده و یا برای خارج کردن آن مراجعه نموده بودند، به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات لازم از طریق پرسشنامه و مصاحبه گردآوری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </em><em>SPSS</em><em> و آزمون‌های آماری ²</em><em>c</em><em> و </em><em>t-test</em><em> تجزیه و تحلیل گردید</em><em>.</em></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong><em>یافته‌ها</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> </em><em>میانگین طول مدت استفاده از </em><em>IUD</em><em>، 88/27±95/29 ماه بود. شایع‌ترین علت در آوردن </em><em>IUD</em><em> در زنان مورد مطالعه خون‌ریزی بوده که در 44% مراجعان گزارش شده است. عفونت با 5/36%، ترشح با 5/20%، درد با 3/12% و دفع خود به خود با 3/11% به ترتیب در مرتبه‌های بعد قرار دارد. بین قطع استفاده از </em><em>IUD</em><em> با عارضه، تحصیلات همسر، طول مدت استفاده از </em><em>IUD</em><em> ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد (به ترتیب 001/0</em><em>p<</em><em>، 01/0=</em><em>p</em><em> و 04/0=</em><em>p</em><em>).</em><em></em></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong><em>نتیجه‏گیری: </em></strong><em>این مطالعه نشان داد که عوارض ناشی از </em><em>IUD</em><em> یکی از دلایل عمده قطع این روش پیشگیری از بارداری در استفاده‌کنندگان از این وسیله است و می‌بایست جهت کاهش این عوارض و افزایش زمان ماندگاری </em><em>IUD</em><em> تدابیری اندیشیده شود.</em><em></em></p></span> <p><strong>Background & Aim:</strong><strong> </strong>Choosing proper method for contraception can help to reduce prevalence of unwanted pregnancy and unsafe abortions.<strong> </strong>IUD is one of the most trustable effective, and long-term contraceptive methods. The periodical study for recognition of the discontinuation factors is important in family planning and population control. Thus, the study was designed to determine the factors influencing the IUD discontinuation among women referring to Tehran&apos south health care centers.</p> <p><strong>Methods & Materials: </strong>In this descriptive study, 400 women attending to the health care centers in south Tehran in order to discontinue their IUDs were selected randomly. Data were gathered using questionnaires and analyzed using statistical tests such as chi-square and T-test.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The mean IUD duration usage was 29.5±27.88 months. The main complication was bleeding that was reported by 44% of the clients. Infection 36.5% spotting 20.5% pain 12.3% and explosion 11.3% were the other causes of discontinuation, respectively. There was a significant correlation between the discontinuation and complications (<em>P</em><0.001), husbands&apos education level (<em>P</em>=0.01), and usage duration (<em>P</em>=0.04). <strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The study showed that the most common reason for IUD removal was its side effects.
